Easy color fix for TVs (warmer for evenings) ?

I want to easily change the color settings of my TV to reduce blue light in the evenings like f.lux does for computers. Is there anybody doing this or something similar ?

There are some settings on the TV that I'm not used to but it's probably able to define one or two color settings aside from those already defined in the interface, and the color values need to be set.

Am I supposed to move the values until I find what I find comforting or is there an easier way ?

Also, here's an interesting study that says green light's effect on phase resetting responses were too large relative to blue light:

Or you could not watch TV at night, or if you do wear orangle lensed glasses.
