Is mindfulness what I'm missing?

I've been paleo and working out religiously for 4 months- My two trainers and I went over my macros and they are well aware of my exercise routine. I cannot seem to lose any weight and I have a good 15lbs of fat to lose. I'm a 24 year old female. They both suggested practicing mindfulness and I've been doing a lot of reading on the topic. Does anyone have any experiences with this practice? Has anyone experienced a physical change by having a mental shift? I know to some of you this might sound crazy so be honest, but also keep an open mind. Thank you!

Mindfulness definitely works. Be mindful of your food choices, portion sizes and activity levels and you'll lose that weight no problem!
