What to do, when meat is not for you?

I am currently 21 years old, and I tired of eating animal flesh. Pork, chicken, lamb, beef, fish, crab, and etc. As am I getting older the more I am turning away from eating animals. I have nothing against people that eat meat, as meat is a very nutrient rich food, but I would rather just consume dairy products. I feel a lot better eating just dairy, fruits, vegetables, seeds, and grains that eating animal flesh. I would like some suggestions as to what dairy products are the best, and the ones I can get all the nutrients I need without supplementation. Thanks for taking out time out of your busy day to help me. I appreciate it very much.

Um, why are you here? This isn't veggiehacks, or dairyhacks, it's paleo hacks.

Why not just learn to sear meets and put plenty of salt on and profit?

If not, it might be wise to run a bunch of diary products through a nutrition tracking site and see what they provide and what you lack in your diet. I imagine you could come up with something adequate without meats, albeit not ideal.

That being said that is probably a question for a vegetarian forum...they would certainly have put more thought into this topic as paleo tends to be fairly meat centric and grain/dairy/legume phobic.
