I don't think there is a single answer to this. Lots of High Quality Veggies and Lots of High Quality Meats are necessary and proper consumption for humans. How many? depends on your goals, your activity levels, other foods you are eating (by meats do you mean all proteins or specifically mammalian species? offal? fish? birds?)

Eat high quality foods, and your body will let you know what you need.

As CD mentioned, you're going to have to trust your body. Go ahead and eat what you deem to be plenty of quality meats and vegetables. Over time, you'll begin to better understand what your body needs more of and when it needs it.
