I vary my diet with organs, fish, eggs, bone broth, sauerkraut, probiotic yogurt veg etc, but i feel like i need to eat meat all the time, I know its not a massive issue as I do eat grass fed beef & lamb 90% of the time, but i could eat animal for breakfast dinner & tea...even a late night snack wouldn't be out of the question. When i first started working at 16 i used to have bacon sausage & egg for my breakfast & dinner, my older workmates used to laugh & ask where i put it all! These days I can have 200g of salmon with a bit of rice or veg at 6.00pm & by 9.00pm im foraging in my cupboards again, if i have meat it isn't so much of an issue. I'm not worried as such but would love some input, is anyone else like this? I do a bit of bodyweight exercise(for maintenance) & a bit of walking, I'm slim/athletic build & i drive for a living so it's not like i'm exerting myself or anything.

I'm definitely like this. As I've been trying to maintain a ketogenic diet, I experimented with just eating hard cheeses (high fat, moderate protein) for lunch.. and after a few hours it left me starving!!
When I finally changed it to various sources of meat (high protein, moderate fat), it left me satiated until well past dinner.
I find meat satiating and satisfying and like it at every meal!!!
