no Meat breakfast Paleo enough?

While the basic concept about Paleo says you must have meat/eggs, veggies and fat in each meal, I found a few paleo blogs/sites having some breakfast recipes without any meat/egg. Is that paleo enough?

eating real food, and avoiding grains and industrial oils. if you feel like eating a banana, it's not suddenly un-paleo, cause there was no meat and fat. you ate a banana. good on ya!

wow that's nice to know. Trying to incorporate meat/egg in every meal could be one of the reason Paleo is getting hard on my finances..

Eat whatever works for you. There is no rule that your breakfast must contain meat or eggs.

Sometimes I just have a breakfast of fruit. There's no rule stating that you NEED meat or animal protein at every meal. Some days I don't eat any meat until dinner when I have a big portion. Find what works best for you!

The only rule for paleo eating is to eat whole, unprocessed, natural food when it comes down to it.

I typically make Bulletproof Coffee and mix it with whey protein. I'll then often make a spinach and berry smoothie for the drive in to work and eat a banana and apple for a mid-morning snack.

I'll usually have a pretty tough lunch workout and this set of foods typically keep my hunger satiated and give me energy get through it pretty easily.
