How about you write some proper English please?  None of this newspeak, "I typed it on my iPhone with one finger" and form it as a question.

According to FitDay (and this data is several months old as I don't track my intake all the time), my breakdown, over a two month period, of Meat:Vegetables:Starchy Vegetables:Friuit is*:

By volume: 7:66:18:9

By calorie: 30:38:24:8

That puts me at ~ 600 calories of meat, 800 calories of assorted vegetables, 500 calores of assorted starches, 164 calories from fruit per day

* note: (1)  I removed chocolate, wine, beer, dairy, etc which I consume but confounds your question (2) I included most fats that I ingest (butter, olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, etc) in my vegetables category
