I was thinking of eating my daily 675 calories from carbohydrates (I feel better this way) and 1240 from butter/suet, etc but decreasing my protein consumption to .25 lbs or 4 eggs daily.
Any opinions on whther this is too little protein? Why or why not?
What issues may too little protein bring about?
My weight is 135 lbs and height is 5 ft 8 inches. No particular goal in mind other than to maintain this weight and feel happy.

I am concerned about the micronutrients you will miss out on if your only protein source is eggs. Also, at your height, you sound underweight and definitely don't want to lose any muscle.
IMO, you can go lower protein if you are doing resistance work to retain the protein you are eating. Johnny over at www.thesimplesaloon.com once estimated that his protein intake average was only about 57 gm/day, iirc. But 4 eggs is only ~24 gm of protein, so too low for my taste.
Carbs are best swapped out with fat, since they are both energy sources. Protein is used mostly for growth & repair. Generally, 15% of your calories should be sufficient, so something around 72 gms average.
And why not let your body decide what ratios to eat? You may want more fat than carbs on a given day.

Healthy = balanced. I would say you should add a bit more protein and bit more variety...beef, fish, something. It's important to get your necessary nutrients, etc from foods...IMO 4 eggs just won't cut it

What's "feel better"? Are you sure you're even fat adapted? Seems like some background info would be important. I dunno, I'm just the new guy.

Yes I think thats low for protein, but if your not looking to add lean mass and you don't have much to speak of that needs maintaining then you may get by. Especially if your eating sufficient calories. Of course your ratios seem rather whack. I don't know how you plan to get that much fat and carbs from whole paleo foods and keep your protein that low.
