Fun article about fermented foods in the Arctic circle

I'm so happy to see more articles about fermented foods in the media. A few weeks ago there was also an article about fermented cabbage as a health food. Do you think stuff like this will catch on in mainstream America? I try to post stuff like this on my Facebook page whenever I find it. I've already converted one of my friends. Do you spend any time on paleo "evangelism" or do you keep silent at the risk of looking like a food nut? I know if most of my SAD friends were to see my fridge (there's nothing but red meat, stacks of butter, heavy cream, cabbage/kale, and various fermented veggies and dairy in there) they'd complain there's nothing to eat.
