Anyone make gelatin-based/stevia-sweetened sauces for meats? Care to share an outstanding recipe?

Not sure this is what you mean by sauce but when I cook steak and have broths from braises in the frige, that works nicely to degalaze the pan. Just needs attention as the quick boiling might screw it over if you don't watch. This can make a 'sauce' with a pretty luscious mouthfeel.

Just made this bbq pulled pork for dinner, the sauce is sweetened with stevia. it is delicious! I left out the garlic and shallots and added whole cumin seeds and ginger to the crockpot. This is the first time I've seen stevia in a meat dish, I always avoid them because they're sweetened with honey.
