I'm looking for some good recipes to make in bulk if anyone has any good ideas? I would appreciate it I try to cook most of the time in bulk so I don't have to cook every night. I try to limit my cooking to 2-3 days a week.
Check out the cookbook "Well Fed." The whole first half is about how to cook up the basics on the weekend, and then mix and match for meals during the week. Great ideas.
I tend to go to the store and just grab some produce, meat/seafood, and then make a stew with that until I run out. Then go back and do it again with different vegetables/meat/seafood variations. What are your go-to meals?
