Meal replacement

Hi! I am looking for an easy option for breakfast. I dont really like eggs and I was looking into shakes. Maybe with coconut milk?? Anyway, what do you think of these...

Try taking Betaine-HCL supplements with the coffee for a while. And make sure it's blended well.

Yes, I was able to stomach it for a little while but then it made me nauseaus :( I think it was too oily
