I am SO PSYCHED! they send a grocery list, meal plan for the week, and instructions for each meal based on what's in season, etc.

helps IMMENSELY on meal planning!!!

so excited!! (hubby is one that he will go straight to junk if there is no meal planned and/or waiting when he gets home)

eMeals is a subscription service, so I would say you can choose to not renew your subscription. They have a page here that has more information with a sample menu. http://emeals.com/meal-plans/paleo/

It looks like the service ranges from $7 to $5 per month depending on whether you choose a 3, 6, or 12 month plan.
