Meal planning around micro-nutrients

Are there any software packages or books that make this process easier? I'm not completely new to paleo, but figuring out what a "balanced meal", without skipping any important vitamins or nutrients is tough to do without spending days researching.

Without even looking at particular micro-nutrient info, I'd try increasing your intake of leafy greens and whole, oily fish (sardines, herring, etc). Get that down first, and then see what else you need. Also, don't go OCD with micro-nutrients as you don't want to drive yourself crazy.

Cron-O-Meter is compatible with windows and mac os x and does the trick.
