How is my diet compared to my schedule?!

Hi, new member here! I have been reading up on the paleo diet and it seems similar to my current diet, maybe some people here can help or advise me?

I train Muay Thai Mon-Wed-Fri for 2-2.5hours. Tues-Thurs-Sat I do strength training (squats/deadlift/bench/rows etc) no more than hour. Sunday I rest.

I am 5ft8 and weight 68kg (150lb). I want to lose body fat but also gain strength/muscle. I have the dedication for training and motivation down, I just need to make sure my diet is not hindering my success.

Below is my typical daily diet:

Breakfast - Greek style yoghurt with sunflower kernels, a glass of milk and coffee (no sugar). Also two small sticks of grilled pork.

Lunch - 150g tin of tuna with a small tin of sweetcorn, 1/4 pineapple and 1/4 canteluope.

Snack (Hour before Muay Thai/Gym) - Almonds (35g) and a glass of milk.

Post workout-  100% whey protein shake with milk (half pint) (2 scoops) No sugar/ 1% carbs/ No fats

Dinner - Rice with vegetables and chicken or pork and a fried egg.

Snack before bed. Mixed nuts and milk, depending on how hungry I feel.

Does this seem a reasonable diet to be eating for the amount of exercise I am doing? Am I getting too many carbs or too little? Too much fat or enough of the right fat etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

Hi, I think I feel ok, prior to this I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry. This is why I now take the protein shakes, I have gastro problems and find it difficult to eat large amounts.

On gym days I have no problems, on Muay Thai days I feel I may be tiring out quicker than I should be, I dont know if this is the intensity increasing or Im trying harder as I progress.

Today however, I have bought an additional salad to go with my tuna and fruit for lunch. The salad consists of lettuce, lentils, beans, carrot, onion, cabbage, corn etc, hopefully these carbs in vegetable for will give me the energy boost I need!

Other than that do you think its a good diet? Im eating as clean and whole as I can, I want to lose body fat and gain muscle, I hope this is the right way to go?

Many thanks!
