I'm not familiar with the two you mentioned so I might e suggesting completely the wrong thing but I've been using www.paleotrack.com and so far I'm quite pleased with it :)

Not specifically Paleo but cronometer.com allows custom nutrient goals and shows you right on the main page any nutrients you want, like omega 3/6 ratio, etc.
