Can I use millet flour as a substitute for almond flour.? I usually use coconut or sunflower seed flour, but I currently have no access to either of the products.
Nut & alternative grain flours are totally icing on the proverbial paleo cake. Their only advantage is that they are gluten-free. If that's your primary concern, then go for it.

Is it better to get all your calories in one meal so that your body isn't regularly producing insulin or does the body have trouble processing all that food at once? also, the meal in question would be low carb and high fat.

I'm with the "if it feels good, do it" crowd here. Our digestive system does NOT depend on gravity, as we have something called "peristalsis" that moves things generally in one direction. Some people get refluxy laying down right away, because... (more)
