Salt and pepper. Good steak doesn't need anything else

Not too fancy- Turmeric, paprika, curry, black pepper, basil. Glob a bunch on, rub it in, cook, nom nom..

I don't know about "Gucci Prime", but I get consistent results with this method of salting steaks prior to cooking them. It basically involves pre-salting the steak on both sides with a couple of good shakes (don't drown it!) and letting it sit (I usually leave it 20-30 minutes), then rinsing it in cold water and patting completely dry with paper towels before cooking them.

For cooking, I recommend Gordon Ramsay's How To Cook a Steak.

Without any real marinade to speak of, the grass-fed steaks I do like this come out bloody delicious.

I also cook grass-fed beef liver and salmon filets this way and it works just as well.
