Maitake D Fraction?

Anyone have thoughts on maitake d fraction drops as an immune enhancer to combat colds and flu? I've never had a flu shot and don't intend to get one. My usual routine is go very strict about avoiding sugars including fruit; add a drop or two of wild oil of oregano super strength under tongue at night; extra vitamin c; extra vitamin A; increased coconut oil; meditation; increased vitamin d; one capsule ahcc. I adore maitake mushrooms and eat them whole when available but have been reading interesting info about the d fraction and immunity. Thoughts?

Not sure about the maitake, but I know that vitamin D alone has as good if not better chance of protecting you from the flu than the shot does.

maitake is fine... I have been making mushroom decoctions and tinctures for the last few years and haven't gotten as much as a cold since I started.. you want to mix up the strains of mushrooms to keep your body guessing.. you are better off getting something with a bunch of different shrooms in it. Fungi Perfecti makes a great product called MyCommunity or Host Defense... reishi, chaga, cordyceps... shiitake.. tons more (I don't work for them or anything) Kind of an herb / shroom geek myself.
