5 foods to NEVER Eat (beyond diet) - surprised to see this advertized in the mainstream?

I saw an ad saying "5 foods to NEVER Eat" and clicked on it, thinking it would talk about how awful saturated fats were, etc...

Instead it showed a video that I took as being very paleo except for rice, quinea, and sprouted grains, which they label as O.K. They emphasize healthy fats (olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, etc...), reading the ingredient label, keeping your blood sugar from spiking.

Step in the right direction, it seems. What are your thoughts?

finally got through the video - they're of course selling what can be found for free - selling a lifetime measurement for $47.

That program is actually a pretty decent option -- especially for folks who need to be walked through things step by step, and who aren't ready to give up all grains and beans. It's a pretty decent 'starter' for folk who are trying. I already knew most of what they were talking about, so I didn't buy it -- but I did recommend it for a family member who didn't want to give up grains completely, but wanted to figure out how to manage with fewer grains and refined foods.

i was pleasantly surprised too. seems like a mainstream twist on paleo. If someone opts not to be paleo thats the best version of the standard diet in my opinion.
