Worried with Vits, Magnesium & Calcium levels

Hello, everyone. I've been kind of doing Paleo (perfectioning it as I read and learn more) for almost a month now. Right now, I'm taking Now Adam as multivitamins and Now Omega-3, but my goal is to provide my body only with what it needs. I've been registering my food intake in Chronometer.com, so here are the values (with no supplement included):

I weigh around 75kg, and I'm also worried about calorie intake (If I did not control me, I would eat lots more...). Most important thing I wan't to ask you is about what and how much should I supplement.

Vit-D3 is clearly a go, so I'm thinking about 5000 IU daily. I'm also gonna change to Now DHA-500 ( DHA 500 / EPA 250 ). What should I do about Vit A, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium...?

Thanks everyone for your help!

Oh you can get loads of potassium through dulse too, that's a seaweed (if you tolerate seafood, that is).

If you'd eat liver twice a week, and a couple of oysters, you'd have all the vitamin A, choline, k2 and zinc you need :) Calcium can be acquired through egg shells and bone meal, magnesium is hard (supplementing seems a good idea). Potassium : avocados, swiss chard, meat, ...

Doctor's Best, High Absorption Magnesium, 100 mg, 120 Tablets is a great choice.

I would suggest the one that Amazon sells which is D3+Mg+Ca+K2 in a single pill (K2 is not K, we're short on K2 too in the modern diet). I would get 1-2 of these pills a day, not the suggested 4 a day. Also get a fish or krill oil and use it when you're not eating fish. Don't be afraid much about potassium, the potassium supplements are useless anyway (they contain only 99mg of potassium, which is just 3% RDA).

You should be eating fermented foods and offal on Paleo btw. If not, consider getting Q10 and PQQ supplements too, 2-3 times a week. Do a research online about these, they're the new kids on the block in terms of vits.
