Hack my supplement strategy?

I would like to increase the levels of some things in my diet. I have listed them below. If you know of a way to get these by food instead of supplements I would prefer that. Or if you have any feedback on them even if it is just one of the items that would be great. Hack my supplements strategy?

I am thinking of taking supplements for the following:

The standard ones:

Fish Oil
Vitamin D

Then:

Magnesium
Potassium
taurine

Also keep calcium 2:1 or 1:1 with Magnesium (Need to keep it low for now because of my heart rythms.)

And Potasium / sodium ratio. 4:1

Then for increased ATP energy take:

L-cariten
ribrose
cQ10

I would prefer whole foods to supplements is it possible?

EDIT:

These are recommendations from the following paper about heart rythms:

I take k2 by Thorne. Looks expensive, but it lasts for months.

I eat grass fed organic lamb hearts for cq10 and b12. They are cheap tasty and tender meat. I usually fry one or two for breakfast. My doc was astonised by my vit b12 status, but not so much for my Ldl :)

I woudlnt do fish oil, its easy enough to get the nutrition from good fish. I would consider K2 also. I am wondering what would be a good brand for K2 supplements?
