I would like to increase the levels of some things in my diet. I have listed them below. If you know of a way to get these by food instead of supplements I would prefer that. Or if you have any feedback on them even if it is just one of the items that would be great. Hack my supplements strategy?
I am thinking of taking supplements for the following:
The standard ones:
Also keep calcium 2:1 or 1:1 with Magnesium (Need to keep it low for now because of my heart rythms.)
And Potasium / sodium ratio. 4:1
Then for increased ATP energy take:
I would prefer whole foods to supplements is it possible?
