Any concern over combining tea and Natural Calm?

Pretty much every night I'll heat up a mug of water, let me Natural Calm (unflavored) do its fizzy thing and then pop a tea bag in the mug, usually chamomile. I'm not very knowledgable on metals yet, could combining the two have any negative effects?

Natural Calm has mg citrate, which some people do not find effective. If you do not respond to NC, try mg chelate instead http://www.hammernutrition.com/products/endurolytes.elt.html?gclid=CK7Us-b94KsCFRpggwodqCNTRw

Mg deficiency is linked to restlessness and poor sleep. Look for more posts on here about NC. Some people swear by it, some hate it. You'll have to do your own n=1.

Shouldn't have enough tannins to make a difference.

I was going to correct the "me" to "my" but I edit too much as it is and I like the question better in pirate tongue anyway.

Would Natural Calm help me with my insomnia?

Personally, I LOVE Natural Calm. It's a great Mg supplement.

I do it all the time and find that the only effect is that I have a hard time waking up because I'm so sound asleep. I love Natural Calm but I have a hard time getting up to more than a 1/4 teaspoon. I start really slow and add a little more daily, but eventually I get really bad G.I. problems and incredibly dry mouth when I go over the 1/4 teaspoon. It does wonders for sleep and insulin sensitivity though.
