Question about magnesium Chloride.

This morning I went out and bought Magnesium Chloride at my local pharmacy (MgCl2 . 6H2O)

In the pharmacy, it was being stored in a refrigerator. Is this the recommended storage for it?

What is the best way to take this and how much?

thanks

I don't think it needs to be stored in the fridge, what does it say on the label.

I always thought of magnesium chloride as something you throw in bath (if in powder or flake form), or rub on your skin (if in the liquid/oil form).

Mag Chloride is also used in cooking, the Japanese call it Nigari, the Chinese call it lushui http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnesium_chloride#Culinary_use
