I usually eat about 2200-3200 cals, depending on what im doing, my macros are for carbs 150-250 grams,sources are sweept potatos, all fruits, and vegetables, and rice. Fats 50-120 grams, i get most of it from olive oil, nut butters, and hummus. For protein i consume about 150-300 grams, from chicken, tuna steak, and cottage cheese. Im 18 years old, 6'0 190 pounds, and im getting ready for the military, so i do 2 military wods a couple of times during the week, so are my macros and cals right?
