So, I have made up a eating plan for me because my eating habits went back to bad so I really need to fix this, especially because I have IBS-D and also, I should really lose some weight (1,58m; 72kg!). I've been on-and-off trying with paleo for years but I seem to do something wrong.
This is the plan: Breakfast: Two hard boiled eggs, 50g smoked salmon Lunch: 3 thin 'steaks' (300g), one avocado Dinner: 100g spinach, 50g shrimps, some evoo Snack: a little coconut oil, 25g macadamias, maybe 2-3blackberries fitnesspal says these are about 1400kcal (65% fat, 31% protein, 4% carbs). I'm usually not the one to count calories or measures, I just eat whenever I'm hungry untill I'm full, but this time I just want a real plan so I would really lose some weight - finally. Is this fine? Should I skip the nuts and berries? (I don't often eat nuts but I wanted to add in some more calories to make it 1400). Other ideas?

I would actually start to monitor your current caloric intake, on which your weight is stable. Then I'd reduce it with 250-300 kcal a day. That would as long as you're hormonally balanced make you loose 0,5-1 pound a week. I'd stick on that until y weightless stalled and the lower a little more.
