Just bought a bag of maca to incorporate into my daily regimen. I have been adding 1/2 tsp to each cup of coffee, which gives me 1/3 - 1/2 tbsp each morning (2-3 cups of coffee). For one thing, it doesn't dissolve very well. I don't drink smoothies or protein shakes anymore, so I'm wondering if anyone has any other ways to consume maca, whether by mixing into certain foods or just mixing with water and choking down or any other methods?
Secondly, I'm wondering how much everyone consumes on a daily basis (I weigh 135-139, my fluctuation range) and how long you were using it before noticing the benefits?
