Good paleo menu to cook for 12 coworkers?

We take turns at the office each week cooking a good lunchtime meal for the team. What would you recommend making to introduce 12 hungry, typically bread-eating guys to the world of paleo? It can't be too expensive and it has to be something rather simple to make within an hour. Our kitchen is well equipped but it's tiny. I was thinking sliders with guac and a salad but I don't really want to be frying beef patties for such a big group. Any good ideas I could wow them with?

Oh yeah. Do a Lexington dip for it. It's amazing. In fact, smoked and sliced pork shoulder with Lexington dip.

Definitely with slaw. Add some roast baby red potatoes.

I second this. You could make a slaw to go with it and get buns if they really need bread that badly.

I would do a a paleo pulled pork in a slow cooker and make a low sugar BBQ sauce for it (make your own ketchup). It would be inexpensive and one pork shoulder would feed 12 people all they handle!

Big bowl of chilli with some rice, if you don't mind some starch, or salad if not. You can prepare it at home and reheat. Hold the kidney beans and add a spoonful of cocoa for a darker flavour. My recipe comes from the WellFed cookbook - go here for a free sample opf the book that includes the chilli recipe http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/wellfed/

Yeah pulled pork is a great idea. Or a big ass chili. With 12 people you got to get a chili cook-off going :-)

Grilled salmon and cole slaw. 30 minutes in the oven max.
