So I weight train about 4-5 days a week, and have been sticking to a ketogenic diet for a little while. A couple months back, I would stay in ketosis and have a carb refeed 1 day a week, but now im sticking to a high fat, moderate protein, and carbs only from veggies diet. I wanted to get your opinion and see if you think this is ok. I feel pretty great, but Im worried that my cortisol levels are pretty high. Should I be eating a small amount of white rice or sweet potatoes on the days I work out, is it really necessary??
