I'd say you are very likely to be overtraining.
I lift mon/wed/fri, deadlifts, squats, pull up, overheads presses only.
I am in the gym for 20-30mins max and i work hard, calmly and quickly. BUT, I'm thinking of trying a two day a week program as I think I may be overtraining a little.
