5pm (I know, I know, but still 330 is ridiculous) No use ever of any type of steroid.

Thanks Simon. I will say that you raise a very important point -overtraining is EXTREMELY common. Thanks for giving your input as I appreciate it.

What time of day was this initial blood draw? Any history of anabolic steroid, or finasteride use?

I am lifting maybe 3 times a week and maybe 2 days of 20 minute cardio. I don't feel like I am overtraining. Do you think that is contributing to low testosterone?

I'd say you are very likely to be overtraining. I lift mon/wed/fri, deadlifts, squats, pull up, overheads presses only.
I am in the gym for 20-30mins max and i work hard, calmly and quickly. BUT, I'm thinking of trying a two day a week program as I think I may be overtraining a little.
