Been eating mostly paleo for about a month but still not getting that amazing feeling everyone says i should get. Also getting stomach and more recently back pains. Am I doing something wrong, or is this diet maybe not for me?

Hi!

I believe that you need to be patient to see results with paleo. Give the body plenty of time to adjust. Your body consists of a whole microbioma that needs to addapt to the new circumstances that paleo/primal diets create. Also "almost paleo" is not paleo. This diet is worked out through experiences and science of the full concept of paleo. So if you dont go - all in - you very possibly will not experience the benefits of the diet. This also depends on what you are expecting of course. Is it weight loss or extra energy? Or maybe resolving an autoimmune issue? In my personal experience the first 6 weeks I didnt know if I was getting better or worse (I think I was actually getting worse) but week 7-8 the clouds are clearing and most importantly several of the symptoms that I am dealing with are reduced.

I think you should stay on for a little longer:)

Be patient!
