Which low-carb FPC ratios have the best anti-inflammatory / low stress properties?

In the past when I???ve tried a low-carb diet as a sugar-burner, I felt some adrenaline near the keto-zone that I didn???t like. Really, anything under 200g sugar at this point is still uncomfortable.

Does this extra norepinephrine go away once you???re adapted? It seems like I've heard even the fat-adapted mention an extra buzz once dipping into VLC keto. What would be the ideal FPC ratios for anti inflammatory properties and stress-free life?

I just started metrics on my diet and am looking to dial it into a low-carb "true paleo" diet. By default, I'm about a 2800 kcal a day 350g carb guy.
