So I eat a low carb paleo ketogenic diet (Bulletproof Diet without tons of coffee though) for roughly a year now. I feel great on the diet but always seem to have looser stools. I dont really have much bloating, acne, or gas, and I dont have very urgent feelings to use the restroom. I just always seem to about a 5 or 6 on the bristol chart. Is this bad? Am i spending all thing money on food to only absorb a small portion? Roughly what percent am I absorbing? I'm 22yrs old and in excellent shape, stress level are normal, I dont eat dairy outside of ghee, and take a really really good probiotic (Prescipt Assist). Your input will be greatly valued, thanks in advance! :)

You might be over sensitive to something you eat. I have the same from consuming fresh tomatoes since I seem to be oversensitive to nightshade plants. You can try some resistant starch too. Some of us get's too little of that in our diet. Check it out!
