One Minute Muffin

It's been said that this recipe has been around the block. Does anyone know how to make this in an oven instead of a microwave? I would just try and see but I'm kind of a putz with this kind of stuff and I hate wasting food! Thanks!

Totally agree with temp and time! I use the foil muffin cups when I bake anything of this size, you can do double the amount on a jelly roll pan for freezing, etc., and there's no cleanup.

325 or 350 for about 20 minutes. On your first batch just watch closely starting at about 12 minutes then check every 2 minutes or so and see how it looks. Once you know how the recipe performs in your own oven you'll be set.

Not bad, but for my money I'd just as soon go with the two-minute version.

When I am just craving a Burger, and want to join my family... I have a couple of these and they totally work out perfectly...
