i wish there was carb-free milk

if there's such a thing as carb-free milk, i would not stop drinking it! who else here feels the same way?

by the time the milk protein has been isolated/concentrated, it's a little too processed... but then i guess to take all carbs from milk is processing too lol

Coconut milk is very low in carbs. No protein though if that's an issue..

Make your own. Combine water, heavy cream or butter and milk protein isolate/concentrate (something like http://proteinfactory.com/shop/product.php?productid=50&cat=0&page=3#tabs ).
