Please share some ideas for high fat/mod protein/low carb meals. I'm looking for actual amounts of food in hopes to add to my menu choices

You could try the "Fat Bomb Smoothie":

He has the macronutrient breakdown after the recipe.

Last night I made up a batch of pork fajitas. Peppers, onions, garlic and cut up pork, let it all marinate in lime juice and some olive oil. fried it up really quick, tossed in some eggs at the end for extra fat and protein and then topped it off with guac, Freaking delicious

Pork belly, pork neck, whole eggs, lamb, avocados, coconut (flesh, milk and oil). Render fat from pasture fed animals and use it to add fat to leaner meats.

Use Fitday or PaleoTracker to track your ratios, calories, vitamins etc.

I use fitday.com and you can tweak the amounts of foods to get the perfect % balance you are looking for.....I find it easier to take the foods I plan on eating and plug them in and see what amounts put them where I want them to be....

maybe not a helpful answer but I find it easiest to just do it this way so I can eat what I want just alter the quantities

Are you looking for full on recipes or just some meals to put together?

A meal that fits those metrics could be as easy as: avocado + 8-12oz meat or fish + 1-2 cups fresh or cooked veggies.
