Help with High Fat/low Protein/Low-ish Carb Diet

I think I eat too much protein so I am trying to work out an eating plan that is HF/LP/LC. First off-(I know I will get beat up here) - I don't like the taste of red meat --even fatty kind. So most of my protein comes from eggs, raw kefir and pork bacon. But I think I am starting to become allergic to eggs. Every time I eat them -- i get sooo tired with in 1 hour. I have tried upping my Vit C -- doesn't help. Can someone give me some good examples of HF/LP/LC meals (not just foods). Sometimes I get in a food rut and just want to eat salad with lots and lots of coconut oil.

There are some very active low carb, high fat, mod protein threads over at lowcarbfriends.com. Here's one specifically with menus . . .

Be sure that you eat enough protein, in whatever form. Dr. Steve Phinney recommends 1.5 g protein/kg of reference/ideal weight.

Figuring out your reference/ideal weight the key, and should be based on the ideal amount of body fat for your gender, age, and height. Look at the Jackson-Pollack charts, figure out your current BF%, and then use the formula on this page to determine your reference/ideal weight.

I am also allergic to eggs and I have exactly the same reaction! You know what works really well for me? Duck and goose fat! But they are crazy expensive here. So if you have a ton of money, try it - I add it to bone broth and absolutely love the taste. No side effects.
