Good sources of B6?

Anyone know of several good sources of vitamin B6, preferably low-carb? I know bananas are good, but they're not really my thing. I'm trying to get over a cold and apparently vitamin B6 helps with that....wondering where I can get some without having to buy a bottle of vitamins. I'd rather get it from food and kill two birds with one stone, since I have to eat anyways.

143% daily value for b6 in 8oz of salmon. 142% daily value for b6 in 6oz of liver. Decent amounts in meat, throw in a few lbs of plants and you should be good.

'since I have to eat anyways' funny you say that as fasting may actually help you get over the cold sooner, i go by the rule 'if im not hungry then i don't eat'

Actually fasting (not eating at all) or eating less in general will weaken the immune system, so that's not really an option right now. I need all the fat, protein and vitamins I can get. Not eating when not hungry is great, but since I'm sick that's probably not the best strategy.

various greens, specially cabbage. By extension, I assume krauts will work too.
