Done with paleo- It's all BS

This diet is all BS. I have been on strict Paleo for 3 mths. I was, in my day, an elites AAUC wrestler and always less than 10% BF with no health issues.

3 mths on paleo- join pains, stuffed nose, flue like symptoms, blood work went from stellar to piss poor.

The diet is a waste of time and will destroy your health. Read everything here with a grain of salt as this is Atkins Lite not even real Paleo.

Actually reading through this board I see most people complain about weight gain, feeling like shit having issues and just a small minority actually are "paleo +". BTW, most paelo here are Atkins not Plaeo.

Don't worry fattie, I won't. This diet is great for 400 pound lards of shit who do 2 sit ups and call it a day. For an elite athlete or just a regular gym rat- this diet won't work and will destroy your body.

Sounds like you're undercarbed, especially for an athlete/ex-athlete lowering your carbs below 150 grams a day can be very counterproductive.

I'm not one to feed trolls, as it appears you might be, but I have to wonder: what Paleo are you observing? The folks on this board are Paleo positive because it works for them. Few, if any, have any financial stake in Paleo, so it's not like they, we, can be accused of a conflict of interest. It's possible that this diet isn't for you, but why denigrate a community of people for whom it does work?
