Ate a wheat-encrusted fish fillet after a week of low carb and no grains?

Do you think this nasty bout of brain-fog I've had today is to blame on that wheat-coated fish fillet, especially after a 100% clean diet last week? I'm also allowing myself 100 grams of carbs (everything else was gourd/paleo friendly). DO you think it'll be gone by tomorrow? I can't get any work done like this; the very existence of the internet is like a heaven of distractions today.

...and not to take your question lightly but maybe your brain-fog PRECEDED and INFLUENCED your choice to eat wheat encrusted fish as a result of you placing arbitrary limits of your carb intake and your body made the choice for you when you did have alternatives.

It is not silly at all. It is just so easy to get caught in an escalating feedback loop. I'm prone to anxiety and worry myself and have some very non-Paleo prescription drugs to help me out when the imbalance is to impossible for me to deal with.

good idea. The question does sound silly, but at least it was something I could focus on for a minute. :-p

Brain fog is from tripping on minutiae. Just think about what you are going to be eating next.
