^ They are vegetarian, and trying to do high fat, low carb. They do dairy, and nuts, but given the absence of meat, you may reconsider your advice.

Nuts should be a snack, not a meal. (Or an addition to a meal)

The gallbladder, in a healthy person, ejects only about 50% of its bile, even when its fully stimulated artificially by chemicals.

This would suggest to me, that there is no real limit, in a healthy person, regarding fat digestion.

Hope this helps. Glad to see your doing dairy and nuts, to keep up your fat and protein intake. Also re the cheese, IDK about yogurt, but cheese seems to keep for quite a while outside the fridge, if you keep it air sealed. The dairy will help with vitamin b12 too.

Dont forget olives and avocados for fats, if you can get them where you are, both great vegatarian fatty foods.

I think walnuts and almonds should be considered good nuts for their omega 3/6 ratio (walnuts are high in o-6, but they also have a decent amount of o-3, so it balances). hazel nuts are also low in o-6, even less than almonds. pecans are pretty good too, there.

The best nut in paleo terms, is the macadamia nut, because of its very very low o-6 content.

Id say, being a vegatarian, and going low carb, that along with dairy, and avocado or olive if you can get then, any of those nuts I listed should be fine. If you can, favour the macadamias, but dont stress.

I normally wouldnt advise this for a normal paleo, but being you dont eat meat, it might make sense for you to get a plant source of omega-3, like flax seeds.

You dont absorb omega-3 from plants all that well though, but I beleive there are vegan omega-3 supplements made from algae too, that are well worth getting. I just mention it, because omega-3 is important for health, and especially if you eat alot of nuts. Dont mean to complicate things, but long term, its something you may like to look into

(there could be some other supplements too, like b12 that might be useful. Are you doing eggs? That could help the b12 too, along with the dairy, and also provide choline, which helps memory/alertness/mental clarity)

The occasional brazil nut is also good, because of its selenium, but dont go overboard because its very high in it.

Also prefearrably, dont eat peanuts if you can. They are not real nuts, they are legumes like soy. But I guess it depends partly on your other options, given your diet etc..

If you have a gallbladder, you should be able to digest all the fat in a normal meal. You would probably have to eat an unnatural amount of fat to not have enough bile to emulsify all of it.

You can digest all the fat you eat in a meal.
