I hate when this happens. This morning I didn't feel all that well but it passed and I had a fairly light breakfast of hardboiled egg yolk, a mixed kraut of radish and other veggies, some coconut water, chocolate, and macadamia nuts. About 430 calories total.

All day I've had this heavy, full feeling in my stomach. This happens more often than I'd like. It's not just that I'm not hungry, I feel physically full and haven't even drank half the amount of water I usually do. I skipped lunch, took a walk, figured I'd eat at my second break but still not hungry so I did a quick jog and came back to my desk to do some stretching and stuff. I get up every 20-40 minutes to stretch and move around (desk job).

Now the workday is almost over and I'm STILL feeling strangely full. I feel pretty okay. Just a heavy, slightly uneasy feeling in my stomach.

This happens more and more often. At first I tried to pass it off saying I just wasn't hungry and there's nothing wrong with that, but now I'm back to believing that I have a transient issue with my stomach not emptying properly. Like my pyloric sphincter is just puckered up all day and not letting things move the way they should. It's very frustrating because I have this delish lunch waiting for me and I STILL don't have room for it. I'll be running home for 2 miles in 30 minutes. If I get home and still don't have an apetite I'll be really worried.

How did I get downvoted by some nutcase who didn't even take the time to write a snarky pinheaded comment to go with the downvote? OH, yeah, I may have downvoted his spam at one point.

It wasn't THAT low carb, note I drank coconut water (not coconut oil/milk) which contained about 12 grams of carbs, and had probably another 8 grams in the krauts. I am most definitely NOT a low-carb dieter, typically consuming from 90-180 grams per day of carbs. However, I usually start the day with very little carbs, often dipping into ketosis. I consume most of my carbs in the afternoon/evening.
