Nutritional/supplemental advice for better looks. (face, not body)

I prefaced this, i do not mean weight loss or muscle toning, although losing fat could help the face.

I question if there is any way that supplementation/diet modification could allow the facial bone structure to "mature" or fill out in any way. The literature and Dr's would say no but the same was thought about tooth re-enamilization through diet, and Price showed that it was possible.

Also HGH has been shown to produce changes in the facial architecture, and we know there are somet hings one can do to upregulate the endogenous production of human growth hormone.

Has anyone had experience or noticed subjective positive or negative changes in facial bone structure?

I'd also be interested in general facial cosmetic changes, such as acne/hairloss/teeth health, anything you might add.

You're not going to change your bone structure, but improving your outlook on life makes your face more beautiful.

I must say, that's one benefit of aging, you lose fatty tissue in your face. So I have more bone structure in my 30s than I did in my 20s. Google Kate Winslet now, compared to what she looked like in Titanic. I like my older face.

Dr Mike Mew had an interesting talk on this at last year's AHS. Not so much about supplementation but suggests other ways of changing bone structure/face

Fat loss should help bring out your bone structure and in most cases improve your face but I doubt HGH will do much of anything to your bone structure after your early twenties, unless you're injecting insane amounts.

In small anti-aging dosages HGH may still have a positive effect on your hair/skin/nails, but I have yet to hear about someone changing their bone structure through diet or supplementation. Think about it, if this were really possible, everyone would be doing it. If you're looking for enhanced bone structure, plastic surgery is probably your only realistic option.

Paleo might help with skin/acne/hairloss/teeth, as to supplements that might help, the following come to mind:

  • vitamins A, B12, C, D, E, K2
  • Biotin
  • MSM
  • Probiotics
  • Hydrolized collagen
  • Retin-A/Retinol
  • Minoxidil & Propecia
