Is the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system good simply because in the modern world we have far too much activation of the sympathetic(similar to why O3 is so incredibly good; we simply have too much O6)?
Or would being a deep breathing, yogi 24/7 be the best thing for longevity? Or are, perhaps, some spikes in "bad"(cortisol for instance, wakes us up in the morning) hormones actually a good thing for your body?
