At what point does vitamin A become a real problem. 10,000IU is listed as the tolerable upper limit.
I had 1-2 tsp (didn't measure well) of cod liver oil in my yogurt 3-4oz of beef liver pate 4 eggs
etc... all told Fitday says in the area of 1100% or 28,000IU.
I do supplement Vitamin D if that makes a difference.
