Hi!

There are lots of information on how to protect liver from alcohol. But what about the other organs susceptible to it? Pancreas, brain, intestine? Are there any paleorecommendations for that?

As far as I know, the only ways alcohol causes harm is through the ethanol itself, the acetaldehyde to which ethanol is converted, or the reactive oxygen species that are sometimes produced during that conversion. There's no reason I'm aware of that protecting the liver from one of these would not protect other parts of the body.
