Yesterday I had three ounces of lambs liver with egg tomato and spinach. When I entered it into FitDay I was AMAZED at the nutrients which had reached way over the RDA - so liver must be very nutrient rich. So - is once a week enough or can I eat it three or four times? Is kidney equally rich? (I love offal).
