Is there enough fat in liver to eat it without added fat and still get the fat-soluble vitamins?

About 25% of the calories from liver are fat. It's 4 g of fat and 20 g of protein per 100 g liver.

The answer is nobody knows exactly how much fat you need to absorb X amount of Vits ADEK. I would say that yes, liver has enough fat to absorb most of the nutrition, but it tastes even better with some melted butter or lard over it.
