FCLO and eating liver?

Hi,

If one is taking fermented cod liver oil every day would it be too much to eat beef liver once a week as well?

I'm thinking it could create a vit A problem (too much of it).

never thought of it. I take fclo every day and eat about 1/2 lb of liver a week.

Its probably not worth the risk. Especially since its fermented CLO, also not sure how much your taking. make sure your vitamin D and magnesium levels are good, for the A & D ratio
