Extreme nausea, facial flushing, and tingling extremities after eating any type of animal liver

this is an unusual post so bear with me.

when i was a sophomore in college (10 years ago), i chugged an entire bottle of cod liver oil on a stupid dare. since then, i've had symptoms that i associate with liver damage caused by vitamin a toxicity.

could these symptoms i experience after eating liver be the result of vitamin a exacerbating the liver damage?

Hey jonas, you may get a more precise answer if you could give a bit more info..eg-how much of said liver? do you eat liver with other foods? if yes which foods? are you sensitive to any other foods? have you any medical conditions/allergies? ...i know this is not an answer, but from personal experience it will help you massively if you could be a bit more detailed. These guys are extremely helpful & the more info you give, the more you will recieve!
